Donna Bonarrigo has over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry focusing on Commercial Readiness with specific expertise in developing strategy and tactics to support product launches and overall commercial goals.
Prior to joining Trovare as a founding member, Donna held positions of increasing responsibility and leadership at Ligand Pharmaceuticals, Agouron Pharmaceuticals - a Pfizer Company, Maxim Pharmaceuticals and Santarus. She is experienced in partnerships with large, global pharmaceutical companies as well as small, entrepreneurial biotech companies with proven success in both environments.

Dr. Raul Collazo has worked as a Neurophysiologist in private practice and in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years. He has expertise in a wide spectrum of therapeutic areas, focusing on the creation and maturity of medical affairs teams, corporate communications, compliance strategies, and plans and tactics to support pre-market awareness, product launches, and in-line products.
He has experience in global pharmaceutical companies and biotech companies, holding positions of increasing leadership roles at Ortho-McNeil/J&J, Elán Pharmaceuticals, Neurocrine Biosciences, Orexigen Therapeutics, and Santarus.

Amanda Collazo has extensive experience in meeting and congress management, client services, and event coordination, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences and seamless event execution. With a background in Learning and Instructional Design, she brings a unique blend of strategic planning and educational development to her current role as Director, Meeting and Congress Management.
Prior to stepping into her current position, Amanda held leadership roles as a Learning and Instructional Design Manager, where she developed and implemented training programs to enhance organizational performance. Her diverse skill set and leadership in both event management and learning design position her as a versatile leader, capable of driving success in a variety of settings.
